First, we are going to cut two small samples of Prosidecon thermal sheets.
We choose the blue and green models, as they are the most commonly used and, once installed, we won’t even notice they are there.

The black model, as you can see in the sample, is much darker and significantly reduces our visibility. Although it is the most effective.

Now we are going to stick them on the window with tape.
Now we are going to leave them for about half an hour to an hour before checking the window again with a thermal camera.
After half an hour…
We connect the thermal camera to our mobile phone. We will use a model from FLIR that connects to the phone. It is the most economical model they have, but for these checks, it is more than enough.
It seems that something is noticeable regarding the heat… the areas where the sheets are are redder… Keep in mind that we are in the northwest of Spain and it is already autumn, so we have had the heating on for a few weeks…
Now, we are going to activate the thermometer.
As you can see… the rest of the window is at 22.2 degrees Celsius.
And now we are going to place the thermometer in the area of the Prosidecon thermal sheets.
Incredible!!! The area where the sheets are is at 27.9 degrees!!
Well, they are indeed effective… A temperature difference of 5.7 degrees in the glass!!
And we have a double-glazed chimalli window.
And in summer, they work the same way, blocking heat from the outside and not letting it in, just as in winter, they block heat and do not let it escape.
